Our Surgical Procedures

Otoplasty without incision

In contrast to conventional old methods, there is neither a skin cut nor cartilage changing. It’s only a thread, which is placed under local anesthesia with the help of a specially designed needle. After this procedure our patients can go to their home immediately and the next day, they can return to their social activities at all. There is neither bruising nor edema formation after the surgery. There is no need to wear dressings. Only a headband will be used. The only wounds that you may have are needle stitches on the back of your ear. These needle stitches heal very well and become almost invisible. Ultimately, the result is a very beautiful, natural-looking ear and no traces of the operation. With this thread method, the complication risks of conventional methods are extremely minimized.

Otoplasty with surgery

The surgical technique could change according to the ear problem. Usually the incision in the ear with the back surface of the cartilage tissue is reached. If you had a previous nose surgery and have some deformities due to you previous surgery, we can correct small deformities via fat injections. Spider Web Technique (Our own technique)

Blepharoplasty is also known as, eyelid surgery improves the appearance of the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both. Liposculpture is different from liposuction. According to this procedure we use microcannules to ‘’ sculp ‘’ much selected areas of the body. First the doctor will create small incisions each about centimeter long, near the targeted pockets of fat. Than a thin tube inserted through this tube. Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia is a common condition in which men develop excess tissue in the breast. Bülent Cihantimur born in Kars in the year of 1970. Istanbul University Cosmetic, plastic, reconstructive Surgeon Bülent Cihantimur has graduated from I.U. Çapa Medical Faculty in 1992.

Cihantimur has became a plastic surgery specialist by being specialized in plastic surgery at Uludag University Medical Faculty in 1999 and established Estetik International in the same year. He is still the chairman of the board in Estetik International. He developed three special techniques: Non-operative treatment of the trigger finger, ear reshaping with thread and Cihantimur Fat Transfer System which is named after him.
