Imbat Restaurant is located in the historical peninsula on the terrace floor of Orient Express Hotel.

It opened its doors to the first customer in 2006 and ever since is serving only the finest examples of Mediterranean-Aegean region cuisine. Every meal is prepared with highest attention to detail, by the skillful hands of the most experienced chefs.

While enjoying astonishing views of the Bosphorus and Istanbul skyline you may try such specialities of the region as roasted lamb, grilled fish or vegetarian meze plate.

THE RESTAURANT HAS BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SECTIONS AND IS OPEN ALL YEAR AROUND.
