It isn’t a security hole, local administrators need to have rights to sql server, in fact a local administrator would anyway be able to access sql server’s data by copying the data files to another machine and then copying back if needed , so your only way around this is to limit administrative permissions only to the ones who deserve it.. In my case, we were migrated to another domain; all existing logins worthless.
