Affinity designer photo editing 自由

By bobgraphics , November 12, in Affinity on Desktop Questions macOS and Windows. Is there a way to edit a Placed photo image object within Designer, kind of the way Adobe or Coreldraw does. I tried to use the “File” Edit in Photo”, but that brings up the entire artboard in a low res view. Not the image object. Am I doing something wrong? In part it may depend on what kind of Placed file you have.
