I have successfully downloaded Revit , but it seems that Revit Content Library is missing from the control panel as shown in the picture, I have seen other posts similar to my case but unfortunately with earlier versions.

In that case there might me issues with installation. Will request you to download the setup from Virtual agent. You may have to uninstall the anti-virus software if you had already tried disabling. Also install with admin account.
