As the person stated. The reason for the popup is due to the 20H2 build update changing user permissions to MS Office. It is unclear why MS didn’t catch that. I am sure there are a number of reasons why. Regarding the fix, it only grants MS Office permissions for users nothing else. If you are experiencing other permissions issues. You may need to look further into the other issues and what is causing them.
