Click Network Reset on the right side, follow the instructions and read the notes. If it says No then this is at fault, since your WiFi adapter does not support this feature, and there is not much to do about it except buying another WiFi adapter that does support it. If it is already unchecked, skip this step.

I know very well that the Hosted Network has nothing to do with your problem, I only suggested that you try disabling Energy Saver in the mobile hotspot settings and then try to restore the network.
