The Graphics Acceleration and Show graphics acceleration was unchecked. I started install windows again and office too. While it doesn’t sound like the problem I would have thought checking those boxes was the best bet.

By the way, I’ve managed to contact Microsoft Support Agent that told me to create a local account that doesn’t connected to MIcrosoft account on my laptop and test run the PowerPoint, and it did solve взято отсюда problem.
