Did you fix it? If so what was the process behind it, because I’m having the same issue and I’m completely lost. I reset my PC but my mouse and keyboard won’t work on the startup only on the troubleshoot menu, I tried to go on every safe mode I could go and it didn’t work because windows wasn’t installed so it was telling me to reset the PC and so I did but still, nothing I’m really stumped right now I don’t know what to do.
