Op. Bülent Cihantimur, (Bulent Cihantimur) MD was born in Kars on 28 June 1970. He completed his degree at Istanbul University Capa Faculty of Medicine before specialising in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Uludag University Faculty of Medicine in 1999.
