A tiny app makes it convenient to resize images for Windows and works as an extension in Windows Explorer. You can resize photos according to default sizes or customise as per the size requirements. It is a great solution to modify images. The main purpose of the image resizer is to take pictures through Windows Explorer and use the app to resize and save them as edited, resized images.

The app is a shell extension and to use Image Resizer, you simply have to right-click on the image. The menu will shows the programme, which you can then use to edit the image. The dialogue window offers a number of resizing alternatives, including default sizes small, medium, large or customizable sizes according to pixels, percentages, centimetres, or inches. One of the best reasons to get Image Resizer for Windows is its easy-to-use and lightweight characteristics, working as an extra feature on Explorer.

For the purpose of a marketing or social media communication, larger sizes and dimensions can help customise the image exactly according to what sits best with the social media site. For instance, the image dimensions for a Facebook post are different from those for Pinterest. With Image Resizer, you get the images you need for the desired social media platform. While image resizer is a great tool, the biggest drawback is that it only works on Windows Explorer.
